Join the Ballroom Dance Club for an enchanting evening at the Scotch Ball on Saturday, March 15, from 8 p.m. to midnight at the stunning St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral (419 S Dithridge St)! This year, step into the world of Bridgerton with live music by the Boilermaker Jazz band.

Enjoy a magical night featuring a mini dance lesson, social and ballroom dancing, hors d'oeuvres, a "Diamond of the Season" award, professional photos, and more. Wear your best gowns and suits and prepare for a Regency-era ball to remember!

Dance Lessons

Don't know how to dance? No worries! Our ballroom beginner lessons are free until Scotch Ball! Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays (except during spring break) from 7:35—10:30pm for a variety of professional and veteran-taught lessons in multiple styles. At the Event

Scotch Ball is a dance event, and dancers are social people, so we encourage everyone to dance with everyone else! Please don’t be offended if someone asks your date for a few minutes of their time :).
There will be a mini lesson from 8:15 p.m. - 8:45 p.m. as well as music provided by the Boilermaker Jazz band. Some of our veteran dancers will have a corsage or boutonnière as a standing invitation to dance (aka they can't refuse!).
